Please book your appointment with at least 2 hours anticipation in order to ensure availability.
Advance reservations are strongly recommended – please contact the hotel concierge to request a treatment. Prices are subject to change without prior notification.
We recommend you to arrive with at least 15 minutes prior to your appointment so you may begin to prepare for your Ahín Wellness & Spa journey. In order to confirm your appointment, a valid credit card number will be required at the time of booking.
Cancellation
Cancellations with less than 8 hours notice will result in a 100% charges cancellation fee. Re – schedules will be accepted up to 4 hours before starting time without any charge.
Late arrivals will result in a shortened appointment. Failure to keep a scheduled appointment (no-show) will result in a 100% charges cancellation fee of the reserved service.
Therapists
You may request a male or female therapist, however, we cannot guarantee the availability of any particular therapist. All of our therapists are properly trained to ensure your comfort at all times.
